Contract Process Server

Pay $35 for routine serves, $42.50 for ASAP serves and $50 for same day RUSH serves.

Depending on your location within the state of MS would determine the amount of papers you may receive.

Job description: Serving court papers on defendant's and witness'.

Job requirements: No previous experience is required, however you must have the ability to learn quickly and be able to follow the appropriate rules of service. Each paper you receive will have different requirements.

Must pass an extensive background check, be at least 18 years old and live within the county where process is needed.
